Behind the Scenes: Setting Our Sights on Europe

From Koï Europe to the Voices Festival in Florence, and including our latest campaigns and publications, dive into our European projects and our tips for growing your media presence.

FEBRUARY 2026 ISSUE

Heading to Europe

Hello, everyone,

This month, we're taking you on a tour of the continent with a project close to our hearts: Koï Europe, a bilingual issue that tells the story of Asian diasporas across Europe. Behind this launch, Médianes supported every step of the way, from the format to distribution, to turn an idea into a concrete and mobilizing project.

In our latest publications, we also take a look at key issues facing the media: the role of local newsrooms during municipal elections, the steps involved in launching and distributing a magazine, and the issue of European platforms in light of our technological dependence.

And to continue our exploration of Europe, part of the team will be in Florence in March for the Voices festival, where we’ll share tips and real-world examples on how to build lasting connections with your audiences. Will you be there? Let us know!

Finally, our Médianes team is growing this month, and we have another opening: a Marketing and Editorial Impact Manager. If you know anyone…

Enjoy the read,

MARINE DOUX, EDITOR-IN-CHIEF OF MÉDIANES

A LOOK BACK AT A COMPLETED PROJECT

Koï: Launching a Bilingual and European Issue

Since 2017, the magazine Koï has been chronicling the Asian diasporas in France. With its new issue, *Koï Europe*, published in French and English, it is expanding its scope.

For this groundbreaking launch, Julie Hamaïde relied on Médianes for everything from the format to distribution, including strategy, communications, and the pre-order page. Here at the studio, we love turning ambitious ideas into concrete projects capable of engaging existing audiences and winning over new ones.

A great example of our expertise: combining strategy, design, technology, and content to create campaigns that make sense… while staying within budget.

This project was made possible thanks to Dorine Planté, Charlène Hourdin, Christelle Perrin, and Marine Doux—take a look behind the scenes on our website.
